From the day I met Fraser when he showed me the apartment that I have now bought I had complete confidence that I would sell my house and move into my new apartment. He was very knowledgeable about my new apartment and I had complete confidence in him and what he said. With regard to selling my property his sale plan worked perfectly. We had a three week auction program, the open homes went really well although I didn’t have any bidders I had three conditional buyers within 12 hours. Fraser suggestion that we price my property rather than sell by negotiation was the correct advice. Within four days I had an agreement on my property. Since my property for sale was declared unconditional Frazer has still kept in contact explaining all the processes needed for the sale and purchase of the apartment. Buying and selling houses is supposed to be stressful but it was one of the most relaxed property sales I have ever done and that was thanks to Fraser.
