All agents are a bit pushy in some respect, or come across a bit snooty, but Frank was probably as good as you're gonna get from an estate agent. Following up, but not coming across as aggressive, just keen to get a sale. I found him friendly and able to discuss matters, he's informative and helpful and willing to give general advice as well. Clearly had a good relationship with the sellers from working with them to get the property ready for selling and getting the info I needed.
