His both English and Chinese communication skill is beneficial from his English major in the University, his effort of market development and the personal talent. I appreciate that he could use his excellent communication skills to succeed in purchasing my new section at 7a Meliora Place Avondale. Secondly, his market knowledge also is abundant becuase her understand the consumer needs and behavior at his agency marketing area. When I asked the price of property market at Avondale area, Mr. Liang could give me quick instruction and list which was sold. This could offer me quick decision for the new section of 7a Meliora Place. Thirdly, his negotiation skills also help me to reach the aim of purchasing new section. The section of 7a Meliora Place Avondale has good location with very quiet street without any noise. Liang gave me good suggestion to build brick house with single garage. At meantime, there are another car park area in the yard. Fourthly, his professionalism led to his superior skills at the process of my purchase decision making. After my architecture designed the new house at 7a Meliora Place Avondale, he gave me notable suggestions with display of bedroom, the size of living room, rearrangement of downstair bathroom. Mr. Liang suggested me build whole brick cladding, iron roof and gate, garage and extra car park comparing with current mixed multi housing. This confirmed my confidence for the house development. He also suggested suitable living room for the satisfaction of potential buyer after new house completion.
