Frank has been really helpful in getting the sale/ purchasee across the line. He was able to communicate with the vendor clealry, our requirements and negotiate a successful agreed price. We had some additional needs for the home, and Frank co ordinated these matters for us, so we could be ready to move in with all things done. Its been very helpful that Frank was able to communicate with the vendors in his language, as its sometimes tricky when things get " lost in translation" . Thanks for all your hard work.
