Franks helpfulness in our first home buying journey was over and above our expectations. He is honest, kind and compassionate, he answered all our questions throughout what was a 3 month journey, he never gave up even when the search and process got tough for us. He kept us in the loop, he showed us multiple properties up until we found the one for our family. His knowledge of the area and home buying (even selling) process is impressive.
