Frank definitely knows what to look for and avoid in a property and location. Kept checking all the listings I sent him or rather annoyed him with and still kept doing his due diligence on every property and offering advice. Also always arranged to secure a viewing and came to me to all listings even when I wasn’t sure and just wanted to view the property. Humble guy and definitely recommend him
