Everything was fine until after you finished paying the downpayment and started reporting some problems. I know, most of the sales agent is always on the vendor’s side, but I think it’s too much when you already provide proof of poor workmanship, and they blatantly dismiss your complaint without even sending someone to check. They claim the house will not get CCC if the drainage is poorly done. The building inspector said that poor drainage can easily be missed by the council engineer if the inspection is done on a sunny day. It has been very stressful, especially since the house is not even internet-ready— contrary to what was advertised—because the neighbor used the address for Chorus provisioning. This has been a very stressful journey. Just being honest on how frustrating things are going on so far.
