We were so thrilled we decided to work with Frances as an agent. Her down to earth, friendly, professional attitude put me at ease and made the entire process a breeze knowing we were in such capable hands at all times. She has excellent communication skills, explains things in a practical manner and gets things done quickly. Not only that but she secured a sale for us within two weeks…. Not an easy achievement in a flat market for a house that had a few “challenges”. By the end of the sale I felt like I had made a new friend and was delighted we had one more house to sell so we get to keep working with her and her incredible partner Jos.
