We had 3 appraisal from different Agents and decided from our first meeting that Fran was going to be the Agent for us. Fran has sold previously in the area that we lived, with knowledge of the market price for our house. No fancy talk with high expectations on price. Narrowed the appraisal on market value to a $30,000 differential. Other agents had a broader appraisal price ranging from $70,000-$100,000 on market value. That differential gave us no confidence in the other agents.
