Fleur is fantastic, my wife and I had a great experience.

We have always lived out of Auckland the last few properties had failed building inspections so we stopped looking for personal homes. While disappointed with a range of properties we had seen we called the listing agent he didnt seem to interested in sorting a viewing but Fleur managed to make time for us. I see value in ways other people dont. Fleur followed up with a phone call a few days later I was very direct when you called me and we are cash buyers if you close the sale you have 1 day. She worked on a quick settlement and we will transform this property. Fleur has made us feel very welcome to this community. We will buy alot more investment properties in this suburb. We dont make new relationships/friendships everyday and through this sale and getting to know Fleur we can call her our friend.
