I would recommend Fleur 10 x over. She helped my partner and I find our first home. Despite all of the disappointments we faced with multi offers that weren't chosen to vendors pulling the plug mid negotiations, we were at the point of giving up, however, Fleur was in our corner giving us hope that something would come along. Soon enough we found our home and we couldn't be happier! Fleur is honest and to the point but so caring and she really felt our pain and frustrations with every no. Similarly, she was elated once we had an offer accepted and I'm so glad she was part of our journey.

Fleur just like Simone has been incredible. Both of them make you feel like the journey is just as important to them as it is to us. Always well presented, excellent communication and highly professional. Making sure all concerns are addressed and that they are carefully listening to our needs/requirements. While Simone played a big role in selling our property, Fleur played a big role in helping us look for our next home months before. It was actually a first time for us to have an agent help us in the house search, but at the end of it we were quite glad she was there for us. Very extensive knowledge in the north west area (especially Greenhithe!) which was where we were looking, joined us in private viewings and open homes even if she had other commitments. You could tell that she deeply cared about us finding that dream home and we really appreciate her efforts in assisting and guiding us. At the end of the day we ended up in Whenuapai but i think her knowledge and feedback including Simone's input had guided us to down-selecting to the current home we are at (which we are in love with of course!) All in all, she was absolutely amazing to deal with along with Simone, she went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Fleur especially if you are looking out in the north west area. You cannot go wrong and that she will do her best to get you the results you want. Like Simone, our journey may have ended here but I dont think our relationship has, so will time to time catch up with them!
