Flash and Sophie have a relaxed and easy communication style that makes buying a lot less stressful than it can be. They know the market well, and understood what we were looking for and considered the best interests of both us as purchasers, and the vendors. Throughout the buying process they reacted promptly to any questions or things we required to get us through to settlement date. They are extremely proactive, and nothing is a problem. They strike a great balance of friendliness and professionalism.
