"When I first meet Fiona I had already sold my house privately to a developer (that was my first mistake). I attended an open home she had listed and she was super friendly, approachable and professional. I bid on her listing which was my first time doing an auction and sadly missed out as I was too green to the process. I got a great vibe from her from the start, so even though I had been through other open homes and been greeted by other agents there was not an immediate connection that I had with Fiona so my next step and best decision yet was to asked her to help me find a property. Being a single middle-aged woman who had not a lot of knowledge of the auction process as my last property purchase was some 25 years previously and done thru negotiation, I was a real rookie. She had the patience of a saint and showed me many properties until I finally found the house I wanted. I asked her if she could bid for me at auction which took so much stress out of the situation, and her professionalism and guidance was outstanding. She was incredible throughout the whole process and a great support. I would never have been able to do it on my own without her helping me through each step but never once being pushy or overstepping the mark. Thanks to Fiona and her wonderful bidding skills I was successful in this purchase. I cannot recommend highly enough Fiona for anyone looking at buying or selling their home who desires excellence, integrity, competence and even a good friendship in their real estate agent.
