We live in the Wairarapa NZ, and we are very hard to get a hold of, therefore we were so fortunate to have Fiona as our agent. She worked so hard for us, agreeing to meet with us with little notice, at one time walking through our property while we were renovating and looking past the mess and clutter. Her practical advise during this stage probably saved us a couple of thousand dollars in labour and materials (we hadn't even signed with her yet). She came to us with expert knowledge of median prices in the local area and talked us through the step by step stages and time lines that she would take to help us get the best price quickly. This was our forever home that we were going to move back to, that we had grown our children in. She treated that knowledge with empathy and speed.
