Fiona's level of commitment and professionalism was absolutely Gold class quality. Fiona is a real person living in the real world. Doesn't mince words tells it like it is in the nicest possible way. She kept us in the loop at all times. Her communication with us was phenomenal. She was warm and caring and extremely patient with us during some very frustrating and scary times (just another day in the office for Fiona lol). She was the glue that held us together throughout the whole process. We truly felt it was a privilege to find an agent that would fit our personalities and make the whole process seem so much easier. Her knowledge of the area and the market and what we had to do to get the property sorted was phenomenal. She had all the contacts needed for the staging, the carpets, and she was right by my side while I sorted paints, curtains and other minor issues. Fiona is just so much fun to work with she has an amazing sense of humor which saved us many times. We would recommend Fiona to anyone we both cant sing her praises high enough.
