An effective team!

I first was introduced to Fiona Cui by my bank manager, and usually a creditable reference means she will be good and it proves that is very much true. Fiona and Puneet Garg are truly an effective team and they work for both the seller and the buyer. They are very professional and knows the market well hence not only they can match the buyer and seller to their ideal property but spot on the the pricing given the market this year. The team work around the clock and we actually have the deal signed on the day! And this is how I like to do business. Despite other smaller challenges during the process such as inspections and etc. they kept a clear and prompt communication. I would recommend the team under Melanie to anyone.
