When we decided to move to the South Island from the BOP we found our new home online and contacted Fiona who had the home listed. We couldn’t get down to view the home but Fiona couldn’t have been more accommodating and made this huge move for us, so much easier. She organised a video viewing, allowed some friends of ours to view it outside of open home times and guided us through the whole purchase process. The time line was very short- 2 weeks from purchase to settlement and at a very busy time of the year, Christmas time. Fiona went the extra mile and met us at our home 2 days before move in date and greeted us with a care package and then contacted us once we had settled in to welcome us to our new town and gave us many tips on local attractions and businesses we would need. Not to mention the homemade Christmas cake! We certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this move without Fiona being so accommodating and caring. We absolutely love our new home and living in the mainland!
