From start to finish and everywhere in between, Fiona was amazing. We knew within 30 seconds of meeting her that she was the agent to sell our house, the utmost professional with an ability to build rapport instantly - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fiona to anyone looking to Sell or Buy.

Fiona was very good with communications and keeping us informed. When asked, she was able to advise on certain aspects of the sale and we were delighted with her professionalism and her ongoing contact, especially on the day of hand over. Thank you Fiona, much appreciated.

Thanks Fiona. It was lovely working with you on obtaining this beautiful beachside land. You were so diligent, informative and easy to work with that it made the process simpler, while the seller was overseas by providing constant communication and efforts to keep both sides happy. I highly commend your service and work ethic though out. All the best from the ‘Moses’

Well it seems superfluous and unnecessary to provide a credential for Fiona as she must have numerous 5 star ratings racked up already. However I found an instant rapport with her and a smooth working dialogue. A somewhat risky decision to sell and not rent plus launching just a few days before Christmas was taken based solely on Fiona's knowledge, confidence and experience. The out come was a spectacular success on 17 December when the property sold at auction for a solid price. Fiona exudes confidence , knowledge, experience, advice and in a very easy and settling manner. I would recommend her to any prospective client seeking sales professionalism

Over the past few years ive dealt with several agents from various companies and fiona has Vastly exceeded them all in terms of professionalism, knowledge and Overall service. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and took a great deal of stress away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone she was fantastic and and asset. Thanks again fiona.

Although obviously working for the vendor we found Fiona to be very open and honest as we progressed through the purchase of our home. Fiona blends professionalism, warmth, and humor in her approach and I would certainly recommend her to prospective clients.

Had a good knowledge of the house market in the area and strategic plan to get its best value

It wasn't long after Fiona began to market our property that we knew we were in very good hands. She has been totally committed and driven all the way through, right to the finish when the property was SOLD . With her extensive local knowledge and experience, combined with her absolute professional manner, we both felt to be priveledged to have had her as our agent. We both have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fiona Clarke to any future client.

Fiona was really easy to deal with and was very committed to selling our property. I know she was busy at the time but she always put in the extra effort to get things done for us. Our house sold very quickly and we were really happy with her service. I'd definitely use Fiona again.

Good to deal with kept us in the loop with what was happening in regards to the house. Easy to get hold of and made time in schedule to organise builders reports etc for house. Would use her again in future.

We're pleased to convey our positive experience with Fiona Clarke. Fiona's professional knowledge led us from our first meeting at one open home to the home we eventually purchased. Her communication and patience was wonderful and her support continued up to the Settlement Day and beyond.

We want to thank Fiona for the dedication, time and energy that she put into selling our property. We found Fiona to be professional and transparent and always kept us well informed on her progress and any changes happening in the market. She is very knowledgeable on lifestyle property and would recommend her services to lifestyle block owners.
