Well it seems superfluous and unnecessary to provide a credential for Fiona as she must have numerous 5 star ratings racked up already. However I found an instant rapport with her and a smooth working dialogue. A somewhat risky decision to sell and not rent plus launching just a few days before Christmas was taken based solely on Fiona's knowledge, confidence and experience.
