Besides being super friendly and nice, when we were finding it tough, she stepped up and arranged for Builders to view and quote on work required and also arranged for a Shower quote. She put in a lot of effort and did not shy away from the long distance travel required for Open Homes and meeting contractors.

Fiona was absolutely great to liaise with. She was clear on her communication and what she could offer at all times. Could not fault her communication and clarity. She was an excellent go between when building report repairs were required to make the offer unconditional. She was massive when ensuring this work was arranged to a time deadline.
