Ferg made the process of selling our home simple and stress free from start to finish. He was upfront and honest about pricing expectations, kept us well informed throughout the campaign, and was always easy to reach when we had questions. His negotiation skills came through clearly at the pointy end of the sale, and he worked hard to get us a result we were happy with. What stood out most was how personable and approachable Ferg was throughout - he took the time to understand what mattered to us and managed the whole process with genuine care rather than just going through the motions. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking to sell.

We have worked with Ferg over 12 years and sold and purchased property twice, totally amazing! Ferg has helped purchase and sell two properties (rural to residential and back to rural again) over a 12-year timeframe. He is prompt, honest and helps to alleviate the stress in what can be a testing time. He went well above and beyond, making sure both purchases and sales are what would suit and needs as well as our wants, and offered advice in all aspects. He is friendly and comfortable in communication, whilst being professional. He is great asset to the Market and the Real Estate Industry. We would not go with anybody else. If you want to sell or buy Ferg is the person I would 100% recommend.

This is not the first time that we have engaged with Ferg to sell or purchase a property. He has up to date knowledge and continues to be communicative and professional. I appreciate the efforts Ferg goes to throughout the process.

Fergus provided a very clear and effective process for getting our house to market. Promotion before the auction was very effective and resulted in strong interest and a successful auction

He went above and beyond, getting the stagers to contact us and giving us contacts for builders report etc. He went the extra mile to make to make the selling experience as easy as posdible

We recently bought a house through Ferg and had a great experience, he was very responsive and happy to talk through anything we needed help with. As first home buyers everything was so new to us but he helped us every step of the way which made the experience so much easier. We appreciate how efficient and on to it he was at every little step and couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Ferg!

Ferg both times goes over and above in every area. His communication, work ethics, marketing knowledge and professional are all wrapped up in a personal goal to get the best option in both selling and buying. He is honest and straight up with every situation to help you reach your goals. He is a incredible person, totally reliable and trustworthy beyond any measure. We are so privileged to have you as our agent Ferg and cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us.

Extremely efficient service from Ferg. We met with him on a Monday night, our property was on the market Friday and sold less than 3 weeks later. Ferg gave helpful advice to us during the marketing period and his communication was second to none. We would not hesitate in recommending Ferg to anyone wanting to sell their property.

We truly appreciate Ferg’s outstanding effort in selling our house in such a short time and achieving a price beyond our expectations. He was always easy to reach whenever we needed him, professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. We really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent agent.

Ferg ticks all the boxes. He was wonderful to deal with. We were out of town sellers and he went out of his way to make things easy for us. He was excellent at keeping us in the loop, with great market knowledge. He is certainly an expert realtor. If you want an easy professionally managed sale. Ferg is a good choice!

My experience was fantastic. Fergus Spain's knowledge and expertise was great. Made my first home purchase smooth and efficient. Would recommend for future use.
