Ferg was an excellent agent for selling our property, he had great local knowledge and was always positive and reliable, giving feedback and support throughout the whole process. His recommendations and advice were honest and professional, he told us what marketing was useful and where to best spend on this. Ferg got the results we needed and was compassionate and relatable for our circumstances. Highly recommend.

Ferg was always pleasant and professional to deal with. Would recommend Ferg to anyone selling there home

Great guy good knowledge & communication, very pleased with the outcome.

Ferg sold our house in very tough times, basically the market had bottomed out. He kept us informed throughout the process, didn’t give up on us and kept things moving forward and sold our home. He even helped us out once the sale had completed with selling items to the new owner. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with Ferg and was very comfortable to use him to market for us. He stays in contact, deals with issues quickly, as they arise, and is realistic and patient. Would definitely recommend

Ferg was recommended to be my Ange Wanoa, we met that day and he instantly made me feel at ease. This was a difficult sale as it was involving a separation which is not good at best of times. However Ferg helped with difficulties that arose and was always easy to talk to and reassuring. He listened to issues I had and gave good sound advice, he worked hard for me to ensure a good outcome and was realistic in the market and how I was placed. He worked very hard with the purchaser to get the sale over the line and I would highly recommend him to other purchasers of sellers. I would absolutely use Ferg again and would like to personally thank him for all of his work.

We are incredibly grateful to Ferg for all of his work in selling our property, with all of the ups & downs of the market he was able to bring us a fantastic price with brilliant conditions that we were incredibly happy with. It was more than just a property transaction for him, he was helping us and our young family move onto our next property step, which we are incredibly grateful for. Thanks so much

Fergus was excellent to deal with and facilitated a good outcome.

Ferg has shown a wealth of knowledge and skill in his practice. He listened and collaborated with us during the entire process. A Highlight for us is Ferg always approaches conversations honestly and in a warm, kind and friendly manner appropriate to the situation involved. He has many attributes that other agents could learn from. Congrats on not being sexist or pretentious in your practice Ferg…it’s refreshing and current!

Ferg used his marketing skills and personal contacts to get the sale out come that we,personally ,wouldn’t have been able to achieve.

Wouldn’t have anyone else help me with buying or selling a home. Thanks Ferg!

Ferg was the perfect agent and got us the results we were looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
