Exceptional Support Every Step of the Way

Felicity was my agent for selling my home and also helped me purchase my new home. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, kept an eye out for suitable properties, arranged private viewings that worked around my schedule, and provided excellent advice throughout the process. One thing I particularly appreciated was that Felicity handled all communication with the listing agents on my behalf. Rather than having to deal with multiple people, I only needed to communicate with her, which made the whole experience much less stressful and far more manageable. Very quickly after engaging Felicity's help, I purchased a home. Throughout the entire buying process, she was there to support me every step of the way along with her assistant Phoebe Jensen. No question was ever too small for Felicity, and she always responded promptly and professionally. She really held my hand through what was a pretty daunting process, and that meant a lot to me. I would absolutely recommend Felicity to anyone looking to buy a home. Her knowledge, support, and dedication made all the difference to me as a client.
