When we decided to buy our section Fee was there for us every step of the way. She had an in-depth knowledge of the subdivision and the property. Easy to communicate with, quick to respond, we had a seamless experience which was important as we were making the sale from elsewhere in New Zealand. While very professional, Fee was also empathetic and shared the excitement we felt as the purchase went from dream to reality. Everything necessary was taken care of in good time and when it came to celebrating the purchase, Fee knew just what was needed - including the photos of us with the 'sold' sign before it was taken down; all part of the enthusiasm she applies to the job.
