We first met Fay when she was associated with another company. Fay showed initiative and maintained contact with us despite an extended period of time between when we first toyed with the idea of selling and actually deciding to go to market. When it finally came time to sell our house, she honoured her original agreement around commission. Her market knowledge was excellent but at the same time she was humble enough to say when she didn't know something and within 24 hours had answers for us. Fay performed above and beyond our expectations and made time to meet with us whenever we wanted to and at times that suited us. She not only marketed and sold our house, but was very proactive and involved in finding us another house to move into. Fay acted on our behalf when we went to view homes to purchase and visited several homes with us. The house we eventually bought was as a direct result of Fay's proactive nature and determination to do the very best for her clients. Fay is totally commited to her client's needs putting them first in every aspect of the sales process. We have built up a lasting relationship with her and will definitely be using her to market and sell our home when we decide to move on.
