Excellent agent who helped achieved a great sales result

She did an outstanding job for me from start to finish! Since this was the first time I sell my property at the initial appraisal she talked me through the whole process and timeline in detail so I can plan ahead. Then she gave great advice in presenting and staging the house which made it look amazing both in photos and in person. She kept me fully up to date after each open home and private viewing, on number of interested parties, buyer feedback, price indication etc. At the same time working hard to secure bidders for the auction. She is a great communicator and was very responsive to all my questions throughout. Since I already moved out of the house and in another city, she also helped liaise with tradesman with scheduled work on the property which made the whole process as stress-free as possible. The end result was a sales price that was way above my expectation! I am very glad I chose her as my agent.
