She kept me fully up to date after each open home and private viewing, on number of interested parties, buyer feedback, price indication etc. At the same time working hard to secure bidders for the auction. She is a great communicator and was very responsive to all my questions throughout. Since I already moved out of the house and in another city, she also helped liaise with tradesman with scheduled work on the property which made the whole process as stress-free as possible. The end result was a sales price that was way above my expectation! I am very glad I chose her as my agent.
