The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treat the situation like she is purchasing the property – she looks out for you and have your best interests in mind. She will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple.Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. I had a great time with Fang and I’ve already recommended her to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call her.
