As we didn't live in the area (our daughter was living in the house) selling our house could have been fraught with difficulties, but thanks to Evan it was a seamless process. He had excellent knowledge of the area and was able to give us relevant advice regarding the best way to market the property. Evan communicated very well with our daughter (and her toddler) in regards to all aspects of selling the house. He assisted her with the presentation of the house and ensured she was comfortable with the plans for the sale. Evan kept us up to date with regular messaging and emails. We were delighted when the house sold within a week of being listed well within the price range Evan had indicated. We would definitely recommend Evan to others who are considering selling their property.

I must admit that they showed terrific proffecinalism and patients in dealing with the council on my behalf . there was so much time and items that could have been sorted were people actually encouraged to talk to each other by phone or personally instead of all the email writing backwards and forwards .which is what held the whole process up .. I take my hat off to Evan who kept at the council trying to get answers for myself over the property. My wife and I would have brought Some six houses over our married life and never had the trouble we had with this one . Evan kept me informed the whole way and finally sealed the deal..he has been a rock over the whole what shall we say performance. and won the day for me . great agent all round.

At the risk of been over dramatic, Evan was my knight in shining armour. I was in a dire situation and Evan in his confident, professional way marketed and sold my home for more than I expected.
