Ethan did not let us down

We were in the sad situation of having to sell my mother's house after her move into residential care. Over the years, Ethan had visited several times to value the house and had got to know our mother so we decided to list it with him. We were very pleased with his pleasant and professional manner and the regular updates sent during the sales process. Because we were not in NZ while the house was being marketed, a high level of trust was required and Ethan did not let us down.
