Esteban was the property manager for an apartment that I own. As a property manager Esteban was able to secure high quality tenants swifty. His management of the property during the tenancy was seamless. He ensured that any issues the tenants had were resolved and that the rent was always paid on time. Esteban also recently marketed the property for me. The advertising package that he recommended was cost effective and I was able to achieve an excellent price within a week of the property being marketed. He was able to secure a tenant very quickly and his communication with me about the tenancy was clear and timely. In his role as an agent selling the apartment he was very professional.
