We first reached out to Karan about listing our house. We met with Karan to discuss options and what he could offer, Eshpreet was at that meeting. While we were thinking about whether to sign with Karan, we were getting almost daily calls seeing if we needed any more info and help etc which was great. After a couple of days of consideration, we signed up. This is where the comm's started to fall away. So much so, I wasn’t aware Eshpreet was our agent, I thought Karan was?!?! We talked about when we would have the auction and agreed that Onsite Auction was the way to go, and we would do it on Saturday 6th of November was the day. From signing up, to the day before auction day, we only heard from Karan and Eshpreet once and that was when I called them to see what was going on. We also found the house had been left unlocked which I told Karan about and he said he would investigate it but never got back to me. The comm's were so bad in fact, that I took the Friday before the auction off so I could mow the lawns and have the place looking as presentable as possible, only to find out later that day that the auction would be online, again after I called to find out what the hell as going on! It took 3 days to have the Bluetooth lockbox off and a further 3 days to get the key back, all the while my wife didn’t have a key as we couldn’t get on cut due to lockdowns. Another frustration is that the sale sign had fallen over and is still in my garden to this day! Pretty piss poor all-round considering the commission you guys charged! Really disappointing

Espreet is very articulate and have a great approach. He explains the process of sale very clearly and in language to easy to understand. He follows up with us every time up to time the property was sold. He works hard to win the sale. During the lock down Level 3 he did his best to sell our house and very good communicator. We found him a very experienced sales person. He understands the marketing policy and has the mana of winning over the seller. Few things he missed out 1. we did not have the copy of the settlement of sales.2. We did not have the confirmation of the offer, that we accepted because this was suppose to be auction but we accepted the offer on phone. 3. We have not given full information of the buyer and the reason why it takes 7 months to make final payment- this was not explained prior the sale.

Through out the process of selling 139 Naylors drive Eshpreet has kept the communication honest and transparent. He has been a very pleasant person to deal with.
