We have had a couple of go at selling our property in the last two years. To be honest, we were slightly unconvinced, esp. with the tough present condition of the Wellington market. Erin's straight up and honest approach meant we were realistic but hopeful. The result was outstanding, 3 conditional offers, and got sold at auction! We are over the moon!
