This property was owned by a family trust and one of the beneficieries lived in it for some fifteen years. After he left to get married, the property was in some distress, and Erin was approached for advice on how to proceed. This advice was practical and led to the decision to completely refurbish it before putting it to market. Once this was complete Erin was appointed as sole agent and she made sale process as seamless as possible which included going to Levin to ensure the trustees there completely understood the process and obtaining the necessary signatures from the Wellington based trustee.
