When we first met Erin - were very impressed with her approach - the fact that she wanted to work with us in achieving the best outcome - whether to rent or sell - even being pro-active and contacting Property Manager. Once we decided to sell - felt very comfortable leaving the sale in Erin's hands - demonstrated to have a strong knowledge of local marketing. Erin kept us well informed of progress - viewers comments and follow-up calls. Impressed by her disposition skills in making suggestions - but at all times leaving us feeling totally 'in control' - was considerate of us when scheduling viewing times Appreciated the fact that Erin recognised and commented on effort we went to to present house.
