When selling our home Erin went Above and Beyond and the whole process was a very Positive one

Selling a home can be a very stressful time but with Erin we found the process was brilliant, Erin has great local knowledge on what the market is doing and guided us through the steps of selling seamlessly which gave us confidence going forward knowing our home was in safe hands. From helping us with suggestions for presenting our home ready for open homes, and then working with us to make that happen was greatly appreciated, and taking us through all the paperwork side of things Erin was very Professional and had answers for all our many questions, we couldn't have a better person helping us with such a clear understanding of all that was needed to be done and when, Erin truly made this part of the sale easy. Erin was always available to get hold of and so easy to discuss things with no matter how big or small, she always took time to explain things which was lovely, and the communication after open homes was always prompt and informative letting us know what was happening each time which was great to get the feedback. When a buyer came forward to make an offer Erin once again was very active in keeping both parties well informed throughout the process and negotiated well between both sides.
