I felt Erin was fair and reasonable, conscious of both parties in transaction, (buyer and sellers). For us we were after specific type of property, and she was helpful in identifying properties she felt worth looking at. Pointing out pros and cons and not all listings were Erins, but she had it sorted when we could view with other agents. Which was very appreciative.
