My experiences with agents have never been something to write about. It was great to work with Erin and Barry. Their overall no stress approach to selling property is exactly what I needed. They showcased lots of places and worked to my manage my expectations. Erin really went above and beyond, showing a property when I couldn’t make it. She videoed the property and made comments like if I was there. That would have taken her heaps of time yet didn’t put any pressure for me to come up with an offer when I was unsure. Erin helped us sell our beautiful holiday home located Omaio Bay. Her enthusiam to achieve the best exposure of the property was unsurpassed in our experience.
