Eric was very helpful in helping me purchase a property. He worked alongside my agent and made sure to keep me informed at every step. He answered my questions no matter how silly.

This is the second time Eric has helped with my property. He is very patient and explain everything in details. Always keeps me updated.

Eric professionalism is exceptional. Always keep us updated and offer great suggestions. Highly recommended.

Eric has successfully helped to sell our house recently. We are absolutely pleased with Eric’s professionalism, integrity and tons of patience given to us. I highly recommend Eric as an agent and a friend.

My experience of Eric Wu and Team Wu - Jack Wu was incredibly professional and hardworking. From the moment of signing the contract they worked hard for me. I was well informed and supported. I couldn't have been happier with the level of support and service I received

Happy to work with Eric any time. He is not one of those agents who slip away once the sale is done. His negotiation skills are highly commendable. I felt he is fair and straight forward. Always willing to help Both vendor and buyer. Wouldn't mind going back to him again.

Very professional and helpful for sales.

My wife Merea and I found our house sale process with Eric Wu and Eddy Sacdev very easy, honest and enjoyable,We have brought and sold some 7 properties in Auckland, and can say they were excellent.

I met Eric during my visit to one of his open home in the street I live in. Eric was already popular as an agent around the community before I met him. I found he was genuinely interested in his job and the people he is dealing with. He kept the communications going throughout the whole process, imparting his vast knowledge in the business in particular which I truly appreciated. He sold the house without too much troubles and at the price we are happy with. Thank you

Eric has made a great effort in selling the last unit. Definitely will be looking forward to another deal in the future.

Eric has done a great job satisfying both buyer and vendor!

I listed our residential homes 5 Beach Road with Eric Wu End of 2022! I’m highly recommend anyone Eric and Josh who had effective and professional work. Sold sold sold…
