Honest, Genuine & Trustworthy

In NZ real estate where the Real Estate ecosystem is designed with only Seller's interest in mind, as a buyer it is very hard to find an agent who is honest & trustworthy. But we felt Eric was genuine & quickly gave us a feeling that we can trust him. Eric was one of the few agents who were genuinely trying to help us buy house. He told us to send even other properties that are looking at & often called us with matching houses that matched our interest. I mean not just blindly forwarding all the properties being sold by them, Eric would often send us properties advertised by others, call & explain us how it matched our interest. If we say YES, then he would then fix private viewing by calling us.
