Eric was very knowledgeable and built good rapport with us. He gave helpful insights in to the property; materials, the surrounding area, and vendor expectations. Eric was very approachable and always willing to answer our questions even if we stayed later at open homes. His after sale service is also exceptional. Throughout the entire process, Eric showed the same hardworking helpful attitude. Eric did make a post on social media with picture/s of the sale. It made us little annoyed because it was without our consent. We wanted to maintain privacy of the situation. He did remove the post soon after we asked him. All in all, we are very happy with Eric and appreciate his help. We look forward to moving over to North Shore! :)
