Enock and his colleague, Shauna were awesome during our campaign. We chose them as they were personable and could feel their genuine care for the sale. We didn't sell at auction, but Enock and Shauna got the job done after 2 weeks in the negiotation phase. They got an offer that was above the 2024 CV and with a price my wife and I were happy with. Highly recommend Enock if you are looking to sell.
