Enna Enna

Cannot recommend Enna enough! Super friendly and very easy to deal with. She went above and beyond to negotiate a great deal on my purchase and worked tirelessly to help me hold onto the property when settlement on my sale was delayed. Thanks for everything Enna! 😁

Always responsive and provided good insight.

As a first-time home buyer, I was incredibly nervous and had no idea what to expect. Working with Enna singh from Harcouts was the best decision I could have made. From our very first meeting, they took the time to explain the entire process, outline the steps, and answer my endless list of questions without ever making me feel rushed. They were always quick to reply to my texts and calls, no matter the time. I love my new home and will definitely use Enna singh again in the future!

Enna was very much on top of leading me through the first home sellers process and was very professional with making sure I was aware of steps before they happened. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the process smooth and with minimal stress. She worked hard to get a sale and terms I was happy with thanks to her negotiation skills and ability to understand both buyer and seller very well. If you get the chance to work with Enna I am sure anyone would enjoy the process and you can be sure she will be working hard to get you the best possible results out of the house sale and will be sure to make it as simple and low-stress on you. I could not recommend her enough to anyone else going through the first home sellers process with her.

Enna knew the local market well, communicating every step of the process, taking on tasks in the selling process that we thought could have been our responsibility, going over and above our expectations, not working to office hours indicating her determination to sell our property. We're glad that we chose Enna as our agent.

Cannot recommend Enna enough! She went above and beyond to find a buyer quickly for my property after a sale fell through so I was still able to purchase a property I had had an offer accepted on. She even managed to negotiate a better price for me on the property I was purchasing and got the vendors to complete some repairs to keep the bank happy. Excellent communication throughout the whole process.
