I recently had the pleasure of working with Emma Zhang and Nancy to sell my property, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication. What stood out the most about Emma and Nancy was their deep knowledge of the real estate market. They provided clear and insightful advice on how to price and prepare my home for listing, which made the entire process much smoother than I anticipated. They also went above and beyond when it came to marketing my property. The listing photos were stunning, the online presence was top-notch, and they organized the open home that brought in a lot of interest. Thanks to their hard work, my property sold quickly and for a good price! Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. Emma and Nancy were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and their negotiation skills ensured I got the best deal possible. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Emma and Nancy. You won't be disappointed!
Emma has been very helpful pre and post our purchase, would recommend her to anyone who is in the property market. She is well deserved 5 stat ! Thank you Emma!
Emma provided exceptional service throughout my entire experience. Her dedication and responsibility were truly commendable, especially in resolving the legacy CCC issue with my property title. She went above and beyond, diligently reviewing my property file and engaging with council staff multiple times. Emma also successfully secured a first home buyer and ensured a seamless sale process. I highly recommend her services to everyone!
Emma was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and her communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and she facilitated our requests and needs promptly and professionally. Our house was sold in a month. We would have no hesitation in recommending her.
The marketing experience was good. Emma provided immediate feedback after each open home. She was very professional in all her interactions. I had hoped for a higher price but given the high no. of props on the market and the condition of the units it made sense to accept a lower offer. The deadline sale was a quick and effective way to achieve this result. I would recommend Emma to friends.
Great communication skills multi lingual and kept us well informed throughout the selling process.
