Well, what would an aggressive developer say about Emma Zhang?
As a new developer, I have sold so far more than 10 houses. I have encountered at least 5 agents who have worked with me closely throughout the selling processes, maybe more than 20 or 30 agents throughout the last 2-3 years.
There have been numerous occasions that made me think: what are the most important merits that make us go to an agent? Why would I list my development with this or that agent? What defines a "good" agent? I have seen agents just wanting to sell the house, they speak like they are fireworks. I have seen agents who only care about getting the deal done, rather than helping the vendor to his or her best interests. I have met agent who simply walks away after the sale is completed.
Emma Zhang is not among any of them. In fact, she and her team is far beyond what I have seen.
Currently, I have 3 projects with 12 brand new houses being finished in 4-5 months and 5 more to come after them. When my funder asks me for my Exit Strategies, Emma is the first one pop up in my mind.
I do not want to wish her all the best for the future, because I am sure there are many years to come before I need to say that to Emma.
