Emma & Gina were fantastic to deal with. They were realistic with their appraisal and the way they went about marketing the house was top tier. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, always there to answer any questions and give updates on the sale process. After a challenging few weeks in a competitive market, the call was made to pivot in which they were open and honest about how to proceed, once we agreed on a new direction they had the home sold within a week at a satisfactory price! Once sold, they were able to assist in the purchase of my next home which was greatly appreciated.
