Emma was excellent, she was local to the district in which we were selling our home. Emma knew and understood the market at the time and her appraisal and advice was honest and accurate. We would highly recommend Emma and her team as a real estate to assist in either the sale or purchase of our property.
Emma was brilliant. Easy to get along with, and great to work with. She would go out of her way for us to make the sale. She was also great with the tenants we had in the house at the time.
Have always found Emma approachable. She never gave up and always worked well between us and the new owners
Emma's market knowledge got us the best result for a tricky point in the market. Her communication was always on point, upbeat and simple messages. Emma is utterly professional and when it was needed, explained the ethics, balances and checks on the process of selling.
The owners have given this solid home some serious renovations - new decor, carpet, heat pump plus a fresh facelift on the exterior. Now it has a new lease of life and is ready for its new owners. You'll love the feel of this - a great starter, or ideal if you are after after somewhere with good garaging, storage or workshop space. Plenty of room here with two double bedrooms, roomy spacious living and a separate dining/kitchen that looks out onto Takaro Park. Great off street parking here and room for a trailer and additional vehicles. You will love the location too - so close to town and schools.
Emma is amazing at what she does. She is knowledgeable, experienced and goes the extra mile! We are very happy we went Emma and the Property Brokers team. We were delighted with the sale of our property and highly recommend Emma to anyone that is thinking of selling.
Our listing agent Emma was and still is fantastic, always keeping in touch with buyer feedback without having to be prompted. Very helpful with the sale & purchase process from start to finish.
We listed our house in Bunnythorpe with Emma. Within days of the listing going live, she had shown many parties through the house & recieved multiple offers, all well above the asking price. Her suggested listing price was spot on, and created a lot of interest, which saw us receive, what we thought was a great price for the house. Her communication was great, and her marketing strategy was on point for our home. Would definitely recommend Emma to anyone looking for a hands on agent.
Emma is a fantastic agent, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. We couldn't have asked for better service.
