Emma and Abby were definitely the most genuine, no-bullshit agents we dealt with on our first home buyer journey. Emma was forthcoming with information and didn't beat around the bush like so many agents frustratingly do! We felt were treated with respect throughout and the communication was always fast. Following the purchase of our first home, Emma made the experience really special for us - we arrived to a huge bow on the front door, a welcome pack and even a nice note and gift 3 months later.
