Emma recently handled the sale of our property in Devonport and we could not be more pleased with the effort she put in, and the outcome. Our property needed work to be done to show off its true potential and we valued Emma’s advice on what steps to take to bring this about. She also assisted with staging and put together a comprehensive marketing plan which was effective in reaching the widest possible target audience. The photos and video were particularly effective and Emma’s personal role in the video undoubtedly helped when it came to showing off the property in the best possible light to out-of-town and overseas buyers. Emma also showed strong focus on following up potential bidders to ensure every question was answered, and legal or council issue resolved, in a timely manner so that by the time auction day arrived, there were no red flag issues to jeopardise a successful sale. On the day, we had six bidders and a sale price achieved ahead of our expectations. I would have no hesitation in engaging Emma to sell another property in the future.
