We engaged Emma to sell our new build property in Bryndwr. We opted for an auction campaign and had good numbers through. The demographic ranged but was mostly downsizers. Although the property didn’t sell at auction Emma presented a multi offer within 48 hours. The figures of these were not at a level we were prepared to sell but she worked tirelessly to continue with open homes, gather feedback and we were kept well informed along the way.
