This was our first time selling and Emma was so good at explaining everything, every step of the way. We knew exactly what was happening at every stage and nothing was a problem. We really appreciated Emma's input when we had questions, and it is awesome that she has a fantastic team that works along side her.

Emma was very professional and helped us thru a quick process, considering we only looked at property in last days before deadline sale.

Emma was great to work with but a lot of information was not up to date and had lapsed which added more cost to us to find the correct information, overall found the process rather difficult and Emma had a lot to deal with regarding her Vendor

We went to one of the first open homes for our new property. Emma picked that we were interested and followed up with phone calls and emails. She quickly answered our questions and kept us updated She also took our auction bids by phone as we were out of town for the auction. Waiting for an auction is like waiting for an exam and a bit scary as is the size of the bids. Fortunately we did not know the reserve otherwise we wouldn’t have proceeded at all. I suspect the final outcome was at least partly due to Emma having got to know us and convey that understanding to the auctioneer to enable him to negotiate the final price with the vendors

Emma exceeded our expectations. We were selling an estate house for my father and step-mother. She met us initially late one evening because family members were only available at that time. I had not used Emma's services previously. She was very accommodating. The communications were continually excellent. She was tenacious, following up on all issues that arose with the house, including building report issues, following up with the building inspector, checking things etc. For example our building inspector incorrectly noted a window as single glazed. Emma checked it, found that to be incorrect, arranged for the building inspector to correct it and issue a new report. This was just one of a number of instances of her excellent efforts. She liaised delicately and sensitively with my step-mother to market the property and hold open homes. She reported promptly (by phone immediately and in writing the next day) after all open homes and viewings. I cannot fault her professionalism. When it came to the final sale negotiations, her advice and that of the auctioneer was, in every way, exceptional and I couldn't fault their negotiating skills. I am confident we got the very best price we could at the time due to their experience. Her recommendation of auctioneer was excellent and he did an excellent job too. Even before the auction I told Emma's manager that her performance had been excellent. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Emma to any prospective vendor and I would definitely use Emma again. I should note that I have, on behalf of others, used many land sales agents over the years and I would place Emma's performance in every way, professionalism and communications, etc at the very highest level.
