We found ema and vicky exceptional agents at selling my mothers home as she needed to go into care, the market at the time was very unpredictable with interest rates and bank lending showing green shoots ,the marketing and advertising was very informative attracting a range of potential buyers resulting in a successful sale .and would definitely recommend using there services again.

The unit was just what I was looking for. Affordable, central, spacious with a sunny courtyard. The elderly vendor had moved into a rest home. I asked if they wanted to leave the furniture as I was interested in the furniture staying. Vicki got back to me within the hour saying that vendor was happy for furniture to stay and the price was very reasonable. When I put my offer there were no long delays and the whole process was dealt with efficiently. Both Vicki and Emma were great to deal with and very responsive.
